Despite knowing about it since 1285, the current building is the result of restoration in 1520 and an extension in 1619.
It has just one nave, which is rectangular with sloping sides, semicircular arched doorway, porthole and bell gable, which is more modern. Worship still takes place there, and the inside still retains an image of the XVII century. It was restored in 1971.
This is an important stopping point on the Trail of the 10 Hermitages, especially for the annual edition organised by the Centre Excursionista Farners, which schedules an overnight stop here.
Practical information: can be visited. The church will remain closed except for when mass is celebrated.
